Good health news: Second COVID vaccination went in on Friday and, despite some wary prepping for side effects, I walked away with nothing but a sore arm and a mild headache, putting me in the lucky 50%. My poor aunt, on the other hand, had a full-blown allergic reaction to pfizer! Luckily they're so on guard for that sort of thing that they caught it immediately, and she just had a short stay in hospital and an instruction to switch to one of the other vaccines instead, ahah.

Somewhat less good health news: I feel like I've had more odd heart flutters lately than usual. ( health + diet + exercise )
