I'm more of a Zyrtec girl, but yeah. A sneeze is very normal. I know someone who is light sensitive and sneezes when there's a bright light e.g. the sun.
There are some good trainers who can do virtual but generally I have preferred in-person.
Best of luck finding a couch. I'm on the lookout as well and there's some massive differences in price.
