May. 10th, 2009 03:33 pmIt is a habit of mine to collect notebook of all shapes and sizes. Stationary fascinates me; I have an intense desire to accumulate pens and pads and fill pages up with secret scribbles. Unfortunately, I don't actually like writing by hand, most of the things in my head don't even make it to virtual paper, and I end up with a room full of notebooks and not a thing to put in them.
I seem to be transferring this habit to the technological sphere, which I suppose is only logical if not even a little bit helpful. I have half a dozen blogs already, and yet here I am setting up one more. What am I going to do with it? I already have a personal journal (one old and one new), a blog for less conventional musings, and various others set up for attempted purposes that didn't quite make it off the ground.
At the moment I'm considering making this a fandom/writing journal. Bits and pieces. It might spur me to finish works more frequently, or even just to write for fun more often.
Ah well. Either way some foolish soul (<3) has allowed me to stick my foot in this door, so if nothing else it shall be interesting to poke around.
